Dr. Nira Nechaliel

Nira Nachaliel, from Mitzpe Netofa, is the Director of Education at HaMidrasha at Oranim and a facilitator of groups that study: gender and Judaism, Jewish identity, community, and social activism. Nira compiled “V’Hei Sh’amda”—the first Israeli feminist Passover Haggadah and was involved in writing a feminist commentary of the Talmud, “Dorshot Tov”. Nira has a Ph.D. in Biology.
